Experience Audit -
An individual consumer experience audit concentrates only on your
company's online business. This
audit critiques the customer’s experience of using your site, from
the navigation of making an online purchase through the
receipt/delivery of this purchase.
Online Survey Panels - If
you have a survey you need to conduct, the internet is the most cost
effective way to solicit response.
You select the characteristics of the people you want to invite
to the survey. For
example, you may want to invite only people who have made online
purchases in the past, or only females between the ages of 35 and 49.
